Start Your Year with That Smile Makeover You've Always Wanted

It’s the beginning of another year, and you’re facing the prospect of 12 more months of hiding your smile. Maybe your teeth are discolored, or you’ve got a couple of chipped teeth, or a few teeth are crooked, or you’ve got gaps between teeth you don’t want people to see.

That’s the bad news. The good news is that the new year brings new opportunities to change your life — and your smile! You’re also not alone — more than half of Americans feel insecure about their teeth.

At Silicon Valley Dental Associates, we believe it’s time to start your year with that smile makeover you’ve always wanted. Whether you need a simple teeth whitening or a more extensive makeover, we’re ready and willing to help. Read on to find out our process.

What is a smile makeover?

A beautiful smile can enhance your appearance, but more than that, it can give you the confidence you need to reach your goals. A smile makeover is simply the process we use to get you to that point.

Every person is unique, so no two smile makeovers are exactly the same. At Silicon Valley Dental Associates, our smile makeovers include one or more of the following procedures:

The procedures that work best for you depend on the issues you’re dealing with and what you want to achieve. If you have a gap between your teeth, for instance, veneers may help cover that gap and give you a nice, even smile.

If you have a tooth that’s missing, a dental implant and crown may be necessary to replace the tooth. Or, if your teeth just seem dull and flat, you may only need a professional whitening treatment to bring the sparkle back to your smile.

What should you expect?

Your smile makeover begins with a consultation with one of our expert providers. We discuss your goals for your smile and determine how best to achieve those goals based on exterior and intraoral photos of your smile along with X-rays, if necessary, and a complete oral health exam.

We also make study models of your teeth to simulate the results and determine which treatments are necessary. You can also see before and after photos of patients with smile needs similar to yours to get an idea of what your new smile could look like.

During this discussion, we customize your treatment plan based on your feedback to meet your goals, timeline, and budget.

The new year is here, so don’t delay your new smile any longer. Take the hardest step and call our office to set up your initial consultation. This time next year, you’ll be glad you did.
